Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased from ECBH. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated (such as during limited drops, pre-orders, or high-demand releases).

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and package your order before it is shipped. Processing times may be extended during:
- Product launches or limited drops  
- Holidays or peak seasons  
- High order volumes

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times are:

- Canada: 3–10 business days  
- United States: 5–12 business days  
- International: 7–21 business days  

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Delays
ECBH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays  
- Customs processing  
- Weather conditions  
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer  
- High seasonal demand

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

ECBH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, ECBH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

ECBH is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

7. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer, ECBH reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost and any return shipping or customs fees from any eligible store credit.

8. Policy Agreement
By placing an order with ECBH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy.
