Refund policy

All products sold by ECBH are final sale. By placing an order through our website or any official ECBH sales channel, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refunds or Returns
ECBH does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delayed shipping once the order has been dispatched

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.

2. Limited Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
A replacement may be issued only if:
- The product arrives materially damaged, or  
- The customer receives the incorrect item.

To request a replacement, the customer must:
- Contact ECBH within 48 hours of delivery, and
- Provide the order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging.

ECBH reserves the sole discretion to determine whether the item qualifies for replacement.

If approved, ECBH may:
- Send a replacement item, or  
- Issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds will not be issued.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, ECBH is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ECBH to resolve the issue may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of order records, shipping confirmations, and policy agreements to the payment provider to contest the dispute.

5. Policy Agreement
By purchasing from ECBH, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
